Use the Shiken assistant
What the Shiken assistant can do for you and where to open it.
- Go to Home (
/dashboard). - Type what you want in the box at the top and send it.
- Carry on the conversation in the chat that opens.
You can also go straight to /chat. Organisation admins have Ask Shiken in their sidebar (/org/{slug}/chat).
What the assistant can do
- Answer questions from your notes, meeting transcripts and knowledge.
- Look up your progress, goals and content.
- Search the web.
- Make notes and generate content such as question sets, courses, polls and roleplays.
- Start practice, coaching or a mindfulness session.
Quick actions at /chat
- Create Note: Record Audio, Add Video, Upload Document, Add Link or Blank Note.
- Create Content: Question Set, Poll / Survey, Roleplay or Course.
- Practice: Single Player, Multiplayer, Challenge or Roleplay.
- Coach: pick a coach to talk to.
- The more menu has Custom Agents, Focus, Set Goal and Analyze.
Adding files: drop a file anywhere in the chat. Documents are also saved to your knowledge base.
Sharing a chat: use Share chat to create a link. Anyone with the link can view that chat.
What depends on your plan: Create Note and Create Content do not appear on the LMS base package, and the assistant cannot create content there. Roleplay appears only if your organisation has roleplay.
The assistant only sees what your account can see. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.
