## What we build

Shiken closes the loop between the work people actually do and the training they get for it: record the meeting, turn it into a roleplay or a course, coach the conversation against a scorecard, deliver the practice in Slack or Teams, and measure whether behaviour changed.
The company started with quiz-based exam preparation for medical and professional candidates. That content is still live and still serves that audience; the platform now leads with AI coaching and roleplay for sales enablement and L&D teams.
