Add an existing video to the library (upload or link)

Add an existing video to the content library by upload or by link.

Click Create in the top bar. In the Create window choose the MEDIA tile ("Add Media"), set Content type to "Video", then either paste a link (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia, SharePoint/OneDrive, or a direct MP4 address) or switch to Upload and pick a video file (MP4, MOV, WebM…). Uploads go straight to video hosting in resumable chunks, so long recordings are fine. Give it a title and save: it becomes a Video item in the content library that can be assigned, shared by link, added as a learning-path step, and it counts as watched at 90% or the end. Organisations on the LMS base package see an "Add a Video" tile on the Create window instead of MEDIA. If the Create window opens as a prompt box with type chips, use the "classic Create" link on it to reach the MEDIA tile. This chat cannot upload a video: dropping a video file into the chat is not supported (the chat accepts documents, images and audio), and the "Video" chip in the prompt-style Create window makes an AI video, not an upload.
