Managing users and groups

Where to see members, invite people and manage groups.

Org Admin → Users lists active members with role, tier, sessions in the last 30 days, last-active date, and groups. From there you can invite users, import a CSV, filter by custom attributes, and manage groups (Groups tab). Roles: Member, Analyst, Content Creator, Admin, Owner (see the roles guide). If usage columns look empty for a recently active user, refresh — the data covers roleplay and chat activity.
