Build and export reports (CSV / PDF)

Build a report, export it as CSV or PDF, and schedule it.

Org Admin → Analytics → Reports tab → "Report builder". Pick a dataset (Learning, Competency, Points, Devices), toggle columns, add filters, then Run. "Export CSV" downloads the rows; "Export PDF" opens a print-ready copy. The Schedules tab emails a CSV link on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence. The charts on the main analytics dashboard do NOT have their own export buttons — exports live in the Report builder. The Learning dataset includes content activity (roleplays, question sets, courses, exams, polls): filter "Learning type" by content type, or "Learning name" for one specific item. This assistant can also run a report for you directly — just describe the data you want.
