Create a question set

Create a question set by hand or with AI, and see which question types are available.

  1. Press Create in the top bar and choose QUESTION SET.
  2. Press Add Resource.
  3. To write questions by hand, choose Blank Quiz and go to step 6.
  4. To use AI, add a source: Question Topic, Add Text, Add Link, Upload File, From Library or From Notes. Then set Questions (1 to 50), Difficulty, Question Type and Language.
  5. Press Generate Questions. The set builds in Content. Open it when it is ready.
  6. In the editor at /org/{slug}/admin/products/{id}/questions, open the Questions tab.
  7. Press Add Question.
  8. Type the question and the answers. Press the circle beside the correct answer, and NEW ANSWER to add another option.
  9. Add an explanation if you want one.

You need to be an admin of your organisation. Question sets are part of every package.

Types you can generate with AI: Mixed, SBA (Single Best Answer), True/False, Multi-Select, EMQ (Extended Matching), Ranking Order, Fill in the Blank, Matching and Free Text (AI-Scored).

Add Question always adds a single best answer question, and the type cannot be changed in the editor. For any other type, use AI or import a spreadsheet.

There is no generate button inside the editor. To change a question with AI, select it and use AI Enhance or Translate.

A question set has no Publish button. It shows Draft, and you can still assign it to learners. Its Share & Embed link does not open while it is a draft: visitors see "This content is not published yet." Assign it instead.

From SCORM in the Add Resource menu creates a question set from a package's own questions.
