What are the three tracks and which one is right for me?
For me (Learner) is personal — Shiken as your meeting recorder, coach and study tool. For creators is selling courses, running paid communities or coaching audiences. For organisations is rolling Shiken out to your whole team with SSO, SCORM and live avatar roleplays.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Annual saves ~20% across Plus, Pro, Solo Creator and Creator Team. Creator Team monthly carries a minimum 2-month commitment to prevent arbitrage; annual is single-click.
Learner
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — no credit card, no time limit. Unlimited recording and transcription with a 30-day history, 5 AI summaries per month, 10 roleplay turns, 10 AI chats and 5 AI notes. It is our Granola/Fathom-parity starting point; Plus and Pro unlock daily use.
Can learners create and sell courses?
No. Plus and Pro are for personal learning and meetings. To publish or sell courses, host a paid community or run AI agents, you need Solo Creator or Creator Team — the share crown on any product inside the app opens the creator trial flow.
Creator
Why do creator plans require a work email and a card on file?
To stop trial abuse. The 7-day trial unlocks the full Solo Creator or Creator Team product with usage caps (max 5 enrolled learners, no public payout) so the platform cannot be monetised while free. Converting the trial at any point lifts the caps immediately.
What happens if I remove my card during the trial?
Creator access is revoked instantly. Your organisation stays intact but /org/ routes redirect to a paywall until a new card is added. No charge, no notice period.
How does Creator Team billing work for extra admins?
Creator Team includes 2 admins. Extra admins bill on a graduated per-seat line item at the same rate as Solo Creator (e.g. £99/admin/month on annual, £119/admin/month on monthly). The pricing page seat calculator shows the total live as you drag the slider.
Enterprise
Why are SCORM, SSO and live avatar roleplays Enterprise-only?
These are our four moat capabilities — expensive, high-trust features reserved for organisations with an account manager. Creator plans include full course authoring, communities and Stripe Connect, but SCORM/SSO and live AI avatars require a sales conversation.
Do you offer SOC2, DPAs and opt-out of model training?
Yes. Every paid plan supports personal opt-out. Enterprise adds an org-wide opt-out, a full DPA, SLA, security attestations and a dedicated CSM.
